NEW ORLEANS STYLE:¬†Just down the river from the French Quarter is the Faubourg (french for suburb) Marigny. Once a plantation, it began its development in the early 1800’s and has burgeoned into an eclectic neighborhood with European flair. It is noted for its intriguing mix of people, music clubs, galleries and restaurants.
